RIPPLE Coaster

Ripple is a coaster designed around the quiet movement of water. Its softened outline and concentric line detail recall the gentle rings that appear when a surface is touched — a small moment of movement captured in still form. Finished with a refined gloss, the object reflects light subtly across its rounded edge, turning an everyday surface protector into a small study of colour, rhythm, and reflection.

The design balances utility with visual presence. Its shallow raised edge helps define a resting place for a glass, cup, or small object, while the graphic ripple pattern creates a calm focal point on a table, desk, or bedside surface. Used individually, Ripple becomes a quiet accent within daily rituals; used as a set, it creates a soft rhythm of repeated forms across the interior.
