The service fee depends on the work area, calculated by price per square meter of smooth wood surface, and varies based on shape, wood condition, and work details. Super High Gloss finish takes 15-20 working days, while Silky Touch Matte takes 13-16 days. This can vary depending on quantity, shape of pieces, and production schedule density.

The beauty of high-gloss paint comes from the thickness and smoothness of the paint film. Smoothness results from allowing each layer to set. Rushing production without proper setting time leads to paint film sagging later, affecting long-term quality. While it’s possible to finish in 5-7 days, it won’t meet our quality standards.

We can paint it, depending on wood joining and piece details. However, the point that we have to consider is the transportation and moving methods after painting.

BESTA has about 200 standard colors, and we can mix colors according to customer requirements.

We use Polyurethane paint for spraying. We don’t accept industrial paint jobs as these can be done generally.

BESTA Waterfresh water-based spray paint is classified as Ultra low VOCs (exceptionally low volatility) and is highly safe. It has passed the EN71-3 test, a safety standard for small children’s toys in the European Union, at toy grade level (meaning the paint is harmless if a small child puts the toy in their mouth). This ensures BESTA Waterfresh water-based spray paint is safe for children, the elderly, and pets who are like family members.

This doesn’t include surface preparation by sanding between each coat. Reducing paint steps also reduces sanding time and labor costs. Each coat of water-based paint dries in about 20-30 minutes.

Most spray paints are thinner or oil-based, containing volatile thinner compounds. They’re cheap and familiar to workers but smell bad due to Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), which may affect health.

VOC levels are measured in laboratories using high-precision equipment, in grams per liter (g/l).

• Thinner-based paints typically have VOCs of 250-390 g/l
• Paints with VOCs below 50 g/l are classified as Low VOCs
• Paints with VOCs between 5-30 g/l are Ultra Low VOCs
• Paints with VOCs below 5 g/l are No VOCs

BESTA Waterfresh water-based spray paint has been tested by Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR) to have VOCs below 11 g/l, classifying it as Ultra Low VOCs.

It can be used on various wood materials for interior decoration such as HMR, MDF, real wood, plywood, melamine-faced wood, and plastwood. It’s a semi-gloss paint available in over 100 shades.

TEMPUS door panels can be installed as front doors and for indoor use. For front doors, the installation location must be under an eave or have an awning for sun and rain protection. If in doubt, please send a photo of the intended installation location for our sales team to evaluate. For indoor installation, they can be used in any room inside the house.

We offer installation services for door frames and door panels, as well as custom design services according to customer requirements.

TEMPUS door and frame sets are easy to install as the hinges and handles are pre-attached to the door. They are also pre-painted from the factory, requiring no planning, cutting, or on-site painting. No specially skilled technicians are needed, but installers should be careful when moving the doors during installation.

For replacing existing door panels, customers have the following options:
   1.) Remove the old frame and install a new complete set of frame and door panel
   2.) Install the new door panel on the existing frame by spray painting or painting the existing frame, but TEMPUS does not offer on-site painting services
   3.) Use a frame cover system where customers will get frame paint quality matching the door quality

Steps to order doors from us:
   1.) Customers can view designs and color shades at the TEMPUS store, room C114, Chatuchak Plaza Zone C, every day from 10.00-18.00 (closed on Mondays), as well as on the website www.bestapaint.com and Facebook fan page www.facebook.com/bestapaint
   2.) Contact sales staff via LINE: @bestapaint. Staff will request information for initial price estimation, such as size, model, color, and installation location
   3.) After the customer agrees and pays a deposit, our team will schedule an on-site measurement. Meanwhile, customers choose handle models and other details, including site readiness before production begins
   4.) Production time is 25-45 days, depending on design, details, quantity, work queue, and site readiness before installation
   5.) Installation takes approximately 1-2 days
